Lance Courtney, CEO & Founder

Lance was certified by the NBPA in 1999 and the NFLPA in 2000. He walked away from a career as a marketing executive and entered the sports arena to assist professional athletes in navigating the challenges they face before, during and after their playing days. He is committed to providing exceptional service to each client and their families.

Sean Garris, Director of Scouting

As a former NCAA D1 player and "student of the game", Sean has trained and coached current collegiate and NFL players. He identifies potential clients who possess the talent level and character the FACTION seeks to represent and guide to successful NFL careers.

Ryan Davis, Director of Transfer Portal and NIL

With over two decades of experience working directly with Division I programs, Ryan knows the college sports world inside and out. He's built strong relationships with coaches, athletic departments, and student-athletes nationwide, giving him a front-row seat to how the industry has evolved - and where it's headed.

Ryan's deep understanding of the nuances of NIL enables him to guide athletes through every opportunity with confidence and clarity. He is committed to helping each client elevate their personal brand and make the most of their name, image and likeness potential.
