A former NCAA Division I athlete, Sean has trained and coached collegiate and NFL players while developing a disciplined approach to evaluating talent. As Director of Player Personnel, he leads FACTION’s player evaluation and recruiting efforts, identifying athletes whose talent, character, and work ethic align with the agency’s standards. His ability to recognize both potential and fit helps ensure FACTION represents individuals who are prepared to succeed at the highest level—on and off the field.
